Frank Bipczo has filed an answer and cross-complaint to Rosie Kipczo's divorce petition in the superior court and alle?s that he was intimate with Stephen Fapay, much to his chagrin and humiliation. Ripczo claims that he intercepted a letter from Fapay to his wife and ha.- nther evidence gathered by unexpected visits to his home, to prove that he should not pay the alimony asked by his wife in her suit. Chicago Expert Coming to Discuss Labor Management With Local Men.

H. H. Haylett, former president of the Chicago council of the Employment Managers' association, will address the St. Joseph county Employment Managers association at S:15 Tuesday evening at the Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Haylett is the labor manager for Alfred Keeker and Cohn of Chicago, and has taken an active and leading part In labor circles in this section of the country. He will outline the work that has been accomplished in Chicago, und what the local organization can do in the s;me manner. After the speech of Mr. Haylett an or en discu.sion will be held at which the problems of the employment managers will be. answered by the speaker.

Air Troubles in City CourtWoman Gets Suspended Fine.

That some neighbors object to a family of 10 children was shöVn by the evidence in city court Friday morning when Mary Domkowskl, 418 X. Olive st., was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery made by Pauline Sideris, 2418 Bertrand si. Mrs. Domkowtkl is alleged to have beaten a small child belonging to Mrs. Sideris and that the animosity between the families grew out of the fact that Mrs. Sideris is the mother of 10 children. Judge Gilmer found Mr. Dom kowski guilty and suspended a fin of $5 and costs. He said that a Jail sentence would be meeted.out to the woman if she attempted another assault in spite of tho fact that she is the mother of several children.

Reading Selvick told Judge Gilmer in city court Friday morning that he is making $S7.70 every 14 days and decided to purchase a little liquor In Xiles Thursday and became intoxicated. He was found a little later asleep in a mud puddle. Selvick paid a fine of $25 and costs for hin experience.
