Workingmen are realizing that production to the fullest capacity is needed to bring economic conditions to a normal level. But what will be accomplished toward arriving at the end desired if the hoarder and the arbitrary increaser of prices continue to follow their unholy tendencies? This question is being asked by workingmen and it is apparent that the question permits of but one answer, contained in one word, "nothing."

The man who fixes the price of commodities at a high level, not because the commodities are worth that price but because he has the power to do so, is in the same class as the hoarder and the man who slacks at his work.

If production is to reach

problem solution, hoarding and arbitrary price fixing must be eliminated. The public wants a return to normal conditions. So long as hoarding is allowed, and warehouses continue to be filled with needed commodities, just so long will the return to normal economic conditions be delayed.
