ROY SHARON FINED FOR INTOXICATION

Hy Sharon used to work at the ppeedway in Indianapolis, and yoi. can't tell anything of the .speed of a car by the skid. These two alleged facts, stated by Sharon, vere not sufficient to disprove the charge cf driving a motor car while intoxicated, and he was fined $5 and costs by Judge Gilmeu in city court Saturday morning. Sharon was arrested after his car had skidded SO feet at the corner of Laporto and Colfax a vs.," narrowly missing three children who were hitting on the steps of their home. Adam Brodzinski and Walter Uagacki admitted that they had stolen watermelons.
