Should you decide to build there later, you will be assured of good neighbors and attractive hornn surroundings. Vassar Park, like all othor Whitcomh & Keller additions had a sound intensive value before platte,!. It has mi fnsida location. It is approved by the tanks as worthy of storing loan values. Muessel School and a spacious playground are in the center of this tract. Trees, lawr.s. shrubbery and crardens are much in evidence. Ask a man who lives there what he thinks of Vass.tr Park as a home, as an investment.

Look at these figures at the top of this page they're the official census figures figures that tell such a story of substantial growth that South Bend may well be viewed with envy by all cities in the state of Indiana yes, or elsewhere.
It is interesting to go back over previous figures and note the marked growth that South Bend has enjoyed over a long period of years, a growth that has been steady and sure. A growth that has stamped it as a city of positive prosperity. A growth that has built comfortable fortunes for hundreds YES THOUSANDS, of its inhabitants. 70,983 as against 53,694 ten years ago. A gain of 17,299, a few thousand more than twice the total population of our neighboring city, Goshen. Think of it, in one decade we have added to South Bend two cities the size of this thriving citv to the east. When it is considered that the lion's share of this great growth has come to South Bend j ince the big expansion plans of her industries were started, it is interesting to speculate what our population would be today had this stimulant been applied ten years ago. "Where will we be ten vears from now?" is a still more interesting thought As these mammoth manufacturing plants grow and reach out North, East, South and West beckoning additional thousands to South Bend WHERE WILL SOUTH BEND STAND TEN YEARS FROM NOW?
Already we feel the effects of this phenomenal growth. Every available house in the city is occupied. Hundreds are waiting the completion of the great number of homes now being rushed to completion by The Studebaker and Oliver Companies as well as those being built by individuals. It's a big job, this doubling a city's size, and one that will BUILD AS MANY COMFORTABLE FORTUNES FOR HER CITIZENS AS HAS HER PAST GROWTH. Homesites in South Bend will be at a premium in the very near future. People will be going away beyond the present city limits for building lots before many years have passed, and paying as much or more for them than is now being asked for close-in, improved vacant property. There are a number of beautiful additions that were purchased at acreage prices, platted, improved, and put on the market at prices that insure a positive, substantial return on the investment. There is no other investment that promises richer return today than South Bend Vacant Real Estate. Take this advice. "BUY SOUTH BEND VACANT REAL ESTATE AND BUY IT NOW"
