The committee ef 21 cn religious education meets Saturday noon at the call of Jtev. Rodney McQuary. pastor of thts; First Christian church, and chalrmn of the organization.

Constitution and plana for establishment of Sunday training schools for teachers and selection of a central headquarters for the institution's work will be order of business. A maws meeting of all Protestant churchgoers. Interested In the project will be held following the meeting of the committee for endorsement of the deliberations of the organization's alms and plans. The Idea of a central Sunday school organization originated at a recent meeting of the South Rend Ministerial association. Cooperation

Mayfitld, Ky.. evangelist, will be the feature of the camp meeting to be held at Kaley's grove, the week beginning Aur- 1. under the auspices of Olivet M. E. church. Rev. A. S. Readdlr.g. pastor, will supervise the celtbratlon. Included in the list cf speakers will be T. J. Askew, of Detroit. Mich., and J. W. Saunders ol South Bend. A chorus of 50 voices will furnish the accompaniment to the

revival. Following tho religious services will be a barbecue.

DETROIT TO CELEBRATE STUDEDAKER DAY

Detroit is to have n Ptudebaker day tomorrow. Just as we had one a few weeks ago. At the time wo had ours the Detroit branch of tho Studebaker band came to this city and so the South Bend branch left Friday morning at 9:45 on tho Northern Indiana for Detroit, to play at the b!g celebration.

Michigan ft., has received a call for 23 ex-service men for the prison guard at Paris Island. S. C. "If you want a good Job Just take the prison guard." says Sergt. Frank Kerr of the station. He knows because he had 13 months of it. Paris Island also wants 20 noncommissioned officers who have seen previous service. The same station wants 10 men a month to enter the aiation mechanic service.
