SUMMIT. N. J.. July 0. A 20th constitutional amendment to make divorce impossible is the aim of a new organization of which the Itev. Dr. Walter Gwynne, an Episcopal clergyman of Summit, is peneral secretary. The association is known as the Society for the Sanctity of Marriage. The organization, Gwynne said, will preach the doctrine that no minister should re-marry divorced persons.

The new service badfre is for all who served with the French colors in the world war. The new medal will be of bronze. It will he suspended from a ribbon striped alternately red and white. A special clasp in bronze will be attached to the ribbon in the case of all non-cons -ri ted cTcrans who served as volunteers. Every American entitled to the medal will be entitled to the clasp.
