Dr. Wagner had been a resident of South Dend practically all his life, having been born In German twp.. Aug. 21, 1ST i, and having made hla home here .since he was IS vears old. He was the son of Daniel H. and Elizabeth A. Warner. Since January 1119 Dr. Wajrner hsd been coroner of St. Joseph county, his term to expire in January 1921. He had been nominated for a second term. Had Many Attacks. Dr. Wagner had been subject to attacks similar to the one which caused his death, for the past six years. In March of this year ho began to fail in health rapidly and had been ill in bed since June 5. Ho had been at Epworth hospital sineSunday night. He was a member of the First Captist church, tho Masonic lodge. Xo. 4 5, the Knights of Pyth.as. the Fraternal Order of Eagles, for which organization he was medical examiner, the University club and the Country club. Funeral services will probably bj held Saturday although definite arrangements have not been made.
