Three County Highways Will Be Inproved This Summer.

Contracts were awarded for the improvement of trree roads of the county and by the county commissioners in regular session Monday. The Highways Improvement Co. secured two of the contracts, the Albert C. Mangus road with a bid of Jr,S2.f.S'3. und the Frank Fhafer road with a bid of $216,363. Both roads will be improved with. Bermandcz lake asphalt. The third contract for the improvement of the Lang road was awarded to Lawrence W. Seaman with a bid of $74.900. New specifications for the Improvement r,f the Edwardsburg road were presented by the county engineer and bids will be received and opened on June 28. The revised specifications call for an asphalt penetration instead of concrete as was originally planned as it was found that the concrete is too expensive. Eids received reveral weeks ago on the original specifications were n 1ected by the c?niraiasionrrs for that reason.

CHARGES DESERTION IN DIVORCE COMPLAINT

Charging abandonment on Eept. 1. 1912, Harry B. Schwartz has brought suit for divorce against Dtlli H. .Schwartz. They were married Nov. U. IS 97. Emiel Doubbalere says that his wdfe, Emlli Doubbalere was cruel during their entire married life. They were married Dec. 1919, and separated May, 1920. He asks for full divorce. Henry E. Cerasalc Is accused of cruelty by his wife, Frances Cerasale In her petition for divorce tiled in the superior court. They were married July 5. 1919, and separated April 17. 1920. Frank W. Ueane deserted Sadie W. F-oane in Nov. 1914. according to a petition for divorce filed .by the latter Monday.
