Hov to Keep House Without a Maid

Housemaids are becoming fewer. More than ever it is devolving upon womankind to conduct household affairs without help. 'Today the shortage of domestic help is more acute than it ever was," writes W. L. George, an able writer on home topics. "This shortage has been growing for the last thirty years, ever since factories began to absorb women and there is no sign of improvement." If you have had trouble in finding a maid or laundress; if you are in this readjustment period, you will find our laundry service highly helpful. It is a modem service. Our man takes up your family bundle at a definite time each week. We sort the things

that come to us, and wash each class of goods separately hosiery is only washed with hosiery; table linen only with table linen. You will approve also of our laundering process. Not the washboard, but mellow, soft water, and creamy suds of a pure soap are what we use. It is a method much morelbeneficial for the clothes than the old way of the laundress. We iron everything, also give it that snowy whiteness, and immaculate finish that fastidious housewives so much desire. We can make your housework much lighter. And the cost is small. Telephone us and our driver will call for your family washing.
