With establishment of oMlces here by 1. J. Moynihan, of Boston, appointed state director for the Indiana campaign for the sale of Irish republic bonds. South Bend has become headquarters of the state-wido campaign by which it is expected to raise $200,000. An office force established in the Knights of Columbus home, Jefferson and Iafayette blvds., has been busy for a week with the organization of the cities of the state for the drive which opens June L'5 and concludes July 10. Although Judge James K. Decry, of Indianapolis, is state chairman for the campaign, the residence of both the state treasurer, Karl S. Dickens, and the chairman of the state advisory board, David I fluilfoyle, is here. In addition to these otlicers 16 members of the state advisory board are local men. They are Dr. P. K. Mullany. i'rof. J. M. Coonev. Kdmund A. Wills. Miles O'Brien, Neal Welch, J. J. O'Brien, William X. Bergan, II. H. McAuliffe. Oeorge L.. O'Brien, Kev. Cornelius Hagerty, Samuel Unger, John J. Hays, S. Stratigos, J. M. Sullivan. Ixiwrcnrp Lane and Ieo Berner. According to Mr. Moynihan, Indiana can place herself at the top of the list by subscribing her quota in tho alloted time. The nation-wide drive was recently launched and i being carried on individually by the states.
