FILES CHARGE OF MALICIOUS PROSECUTION
An outgrowth of the recent arrest on charges of stealing- an auto. mobil and subsequent acquittal in the city court of Charles Sugg is a damage suit for malicious prosecution filed in the superior court airainst Kdward Locke, aliened complaining witness in the city court action. Sugg, the plaintiff in the higher court action alleges that hft was publicly charired with stealing an automobile belonging to the defendant and spent more than 2 0 hours in a cell in tho police station. He further says that wh'n thf case was called for hearing on May 11. ho was discharged hy Judge JÜ-
