Miss Vittum reminded her audiences of certain qualities that the party should xpe t to find incorporated in the candidates for selection. Mis.s Yittum declared that the republican party thU year had such a representative group of embryo candidates that an exceptional responsibility rests with the members of the party in choosinjr just the right man for the candiducy. In an effort to show in what ways Leonard Wood qualifies for the candidacy nnd the presidency, Miss Yittum summarized the political, social, military, and civic accomplishments of Gen. Wood.
