Recently Admiral llenson. chairman of th shipping board, called a conference of 17 business men representing staple InduFtries with an output worth $13. 000. 000.000 to advise upon the tinai disposition of the fleet. RN COMPANY

This Company will build on one of the best downtown sites in South Bend, a large, fire-proof, strictly modern, first class, everv-room-with-bath Hotel. The Company as now incorporated, through the office of Romig and Miller, Attorneys, with only three temporary directors (supplied by them), and capital stock of only Ten Thousand Dollars, is merely a preliminary legal organization for the purpose of immediately making certain necessary contracts. The capital stock will be increased in proper proportion to the inyestment; the present temporary directors will resign; the number of directors will then be increased to seven; and the permanent Board of Directors will be comprised of seven well known South Bend men. One-third of the total investment of a Million and a Half Dollars will be South Bend capital, and two-thirds ouside capital.

t Almost every day some person vho owns property in Harter Heights suggests to us the name of a friend he is desirous of having as a neighbor in this beautiful tract. And, in keeping with our policy of building in Harter Heights community spirit as well as homes, we invite this friend to reserve a homesitc before it is too late. C It's amazing what n n abundance of favorable sentiment this "word of mouth' praise has created for Harter Heights. Careful selection of tenants, together with a code of strict building restrictions, is directing the attention of all those who are interested in the environment of their family toward Harter Heights.
