It. Hall, superintendent of the Colleum, has arranged for the installa tion of telephones connecting all state, district and territorial delegations. It is said that this will be the first time that such n system has been installed at any national convention. There will be 53 telephones in service, reaching the 4S Mate groups and the representatives of the District of Columbia. Alaska. Hawaii, the Philippines and Porto Rico. The convention architects have completed plans for tho Coliseum, 1 including an extra balcony that adds approximately 1,100 to the seating capacity.
