Instead, it will be for the most perfectly formed specimens of Hoosier babies and for the most healthful from a physical standpoint. A Fcore card system will be used and the youngsters will be judged by dentists, physicians, surgeons and Laby experts. The babies will be examined before the public. There will be two principal classes, it was said. One will bo for babies under 12 months and one for babies between 12 months and 24 months. These classes are to be divided into boy and girl groups, and into three more groups, those from unincorporated towns and rural districts, thoso from towns and cities of less than 10.000 population and those from cities of more than 10,000 population.
