A county hospital for St. Joseph county is a f hree-to-oi.e choice of the citizens who partieipated in the referendum balloting conducted under the auspices of the hospital committee of the Chamber of Commerce. Practical completion of the count was made. Monday afternoon. Vote totals cive the county hospital plan a count of ;!07."i while ti:i people favored an extension of tnpresent institutions.
