Interstate banquets were held annually until 1017 when the war interrupted. The Pennsylvania cluh has chosen Thomas J. Teddn of Canonsburg. Pa., president; James O'Toole, Aspinwall, la., vice-president; Y. Miner, Scranton, Pa., secretarj'-treasurer; and Yincent Sweeney, McKecsport, Pa., reporter. Key. Patrick J. A report on city government was given by Miss Lillian Martin at tho meeting of the civic relations group following the general assembly.
