EDDYVILLE, Ky., March 11. — Petrie Kimbrough, alias William Lockett, 32 years o!d, negro, was electrocuted here Thursday for the murder of Geneva Hardman, 10-year-old school girl. Two brothers and two uncles of the child were in the front row of spectators. They led a score of men from their neighborhood to witness the execution. Lockett told jail officials he had killed four women in the past 10 years. The negro refused to make a statement when he was taken from his cell. Continually, however, during the right he was heard praying aloud and singing religious hymns. He declared yesterday that he was ready to die and that be prayed for the little 10-year-old Hardman girl whom he killed, and the entire Hardman family. The body was buried in the prison cemetery Thursday afternoon.
