Yield irrae i I ft ! I L 4J M On this page are illustrated a few of the buildings that have been erected, or business propositions that have been financed, on what has come to be widely known as "the J. F. Wild plan" of issuing and marketing tax exempt, first preferred, real estate securities. During almost thirty years of successful experience as bond dealers we have brought out and sold to our customers thirty-nine different issues of these real estate securities, aggregating over $6,500,000.00, without the loss of a single penny in principal or interest to any investor. These securities, safeguarded and marketed on our plan are, without question, the highest grade investments obtainable on any market today, because actually worth from one and one-half to two times the amount of the entire issue (equal in effect to a first mortgage security). The issue matures serially, usually in one to ten years, so that the investor is certain that his principal will be repaid at a definite date, according to the time he selects. 2. Hie income is guaranteed. The property is leased to a responsible tenant at a rental sufficient to take care of all fixed charges and to pay the dividends on the securities and repay the principal amounts when due. Rental payments are deposited with J. F. Wild 6; Co. State Bank and checks are issued for dividends the first day of every quarter. 3. These securities are profitable, yielding 69c, free from tax. They are legally exempt from local and state taxes, both as to principal and interest and the income from them is exempt from normal Federal income tax. l.The Principal is absolutely safe. These securities are a first preferred charge against property
