It would require at least three years before a county hospital could be built and the same length of time would be r'uired if a hospital is built by popular subscript'on. It would require a Ions time to raise a half million by popular .subscription. At any rate it won't be very Ions before a county hospital will have to be built in order to care for only charity case-.
