VI:D.KSDAY, JAN.- '2H. Cnder the planetary rule for this day very conflicting and perplexing situations are likely to arise, calling for the utmost discrimination and Kood judgment in their handling Thinps are liUdy to take a sudden turn with an abrupt upheaval and a breaking a way from old stagnant conditions and formidable obstacles. While, the influence is a disruptive or disintegrating one, it is wholesome in its nature, and may be accepted as the precursor of substantial and permanent progress. Of course, tho situation involves radical change or removal, with possible journeys, and while these may bo attended with troublesome aspects, yet the prospect of future benefits should be a sustaining force. Those in employment should safeguard their positions, and all should beware of treachery, intrigno and subtlo attack. Also keep a jruard on tongue and temper, as th';o jeopardize the favorable prospects. Those whose birthday it is should keep quiet and self-contained, avoiding disputes and litigation, attending to business with discretion and sobriety. A child born on this day will bo inclined to be rash, ungovernable and given to pleasure and self-indulgence.
