A month and a half has bf-en the time limit placed by a local coal dealer for the coal in transit to supply the constant demand. After that, unless there is more coal that has been mined, there will be another shortage. The opinion of the dealers with reward to the strike question is varied. Some think that the strikers will refuse to obey the gov

to the extent of defying the federal order. Nearly all, however, look for a change in the situation within a. month.

Tl"i:si.Y. NOV. 11. Tiie strlkir forces are operating ir. a contradictory manner, hrir.cinprrpxity and doubt rather than disaster. Saturn, classed as a major malefic, is mos: kindly disposed under a sextiie ap.-ct with Luna. Thi should make for good conditions, through the setting aside of stubhorn obstacles; and old disappointments. New projects may be launched under this aspect, assisted by the favorable prsition of Neptune. Changes, removals or journeys are not under a fortunate sway, and domestic and affectional interests are under unfriendly planetary positions. There should be cherished and safeguarded from danger lest grief or bereavement afflict. IisT tien is required on all dealings of whatever r.atur". Those whose birthday it is may have need for discretion and vigilance in all affairs, particularly domestic and affectional. Make no changes. A child born 3n this day will be steady and trustworthy, but perhaps untidy.
