Kntries which have already been mafic in the V. M. C. A. nisht school our.sf ,s to besin Monday. Oct. ', indicate that the classes will he unusually larpe. In addition to the regular courses in bookkeeping and drafting several new course,-; ,hap been added to the curriculum including wireless telegraphy, salcsmanship and Spanish. This latter course will be taught by Prof. Corona of Notre Danv university, a native Spaniard, and because of our commercial relations with South America requiring that young men speak Spanish, the class is expected to be one of the largest. R. L Patterson Kline who spoke at chautauqua on the League of Nations will again direct the public speak is class. Mr. Kline's office is loca -d in Chicago and he comes here one a week. The special courses in wireless telegraphy, salesmanship, Spanish
, and public speaking will not begin
until about Nov. 1.

We cannot too strongly emphasize the advisability of buying GOOD Furs, ignoring completely the price-appeal of "cheap" grades. Good furs are an investment. They are worn year after year, always looking rich and aristocratic. "Cheap" furs go to pieces in short order. We sell only the most trustworthy furs, carefully selected and expertly made up. Let us show you how moderately priced they are.

Already the big new bakery has been called upon to extend itself in order to supply the demand for MOTHER'S FIRST PRIZE BREAD. Slightly more than twenty-tive thousand loaves were sold the first day. This is a new record for any brand of bread in the Suuth Bend field. Orders are coming in from surrounding towns at a rate that will soon force the big plant to capacity. Were you among those to secure one or more of the twentyfive thousand sold the first dav? Give Mothers First Prize Bread a trial. Your sense of taste will bring you back to your grocers for more and more. YOUR GROCER HAS IT.
