Ora Richter. 17 year old Lakeville young man charged with cutting a strand of barbed wire, was round not guilty by a jury of 12 realtors in Justice of the Peace AI. W. Hosinski's court Tuesday afternoon. Tha jury of real estate men returned a verdict of not guilty within a few seconds after they took the case under advisement. According to the defense the case is an outgrowth of a neighbor's feud which resulted in the apprehension of young Richter after a sensational arrest made by Mrs. Ella M. Sholly. private lady detective. Blood hounds secured at River Park also played a part In the apprehension of the young man. Get Signed Confession. After watching Richter for some lime and collecting what evidence she could the private detective In company with Itichard Tayloi, deputy sheriff, took the young man to the offices of Attys. Shively and Gilmer where he signed a written confession. The yourtg man said in th trial, however, that he made the confession after being threatened with confinement in jaiL Atty C P. Ducomb proved that the case was the outgrowth of a family feud and the jury immediately returned a verdict in favor of the young Richter. Charles Richter, a cousin of Ora Richter, hired Mrs. Sholly.

John Wanamaker says-
"In the past, as everybody knows, furniture could be bought at much lower figures than now. But one can't buy one's furniture in the past which from the standpoint of taste has its compensations." 1 h it b what Mr. Wanamaker said last week to the Philadelphia public. He also said that furniture vas certain to higher in the very near future. We quote this authority to verify our own statements of late and to similar effect. Many are making selections nnv, binding their purchases A-ith a imall deposit, and requesting us to withhold delivery till later on. We gladly do this. We Accept Bonds
