Mr. Klbei also said that Indiana was the first state in th union to have such un organization and that .-reakers at the American Association of Park Superintendents which :s now in convention at Huston, and speaker? at a recent Chicago mcf-t-np. referred to the Hooskr association as a most admirablo one and recommended that other states form Mich an organization.
