In "Putting One Over." he portrays the role of Jack Trevor, an unconscious tool of criminals who are out to get possession of an estate of immense value. When he discovers the conspiracy, things begin to get terribly unpleasant for the crooks. The story is said to be decidedly original. "Hearts and Flowers.' a Mack Sennett comedy and the Pathe News are the other pictures on the bill. BOOST WATER HEATING RATES IN INDIANAPOLIS INDIANAPOLIS, Ind., Aug. 23. Water heating rates of the Merchants Heat and Light Co., here were increased to thirty cents per cubic foot of radiation by the public service commission Friday. This is a new basic rate and an increase of ten cents from the old rate, although a surcharge of five cents has been permitted.
