The benefit will be known as the Queen Elizabeth fund. TEN APPLICANTS TAKE CIVIL SERVICE EXAMS Ten applications were present Saturday for an examination conducted by the local civil service board for rural mail carriers. At the present tjpne there are three vacancies, two South Rend rural routes and one North Liberty, route, and these will be tilled from among those taking the examination. Mrs. Coyle is sueing for support of a 55lx months old child. A case is now pending in circuit court wherein Coyle asks annulment of marriage on grounds that it was accomplished under duress.
