FILES SUIT AGAINST RAILROAD DETECTIVE Alfred Kahlrnorgon has filed suit In superior court against Walter ?. Hosier, detective for the 'irand Trunk Ry. Co., harming him with malicious prosecution. Kahlmorgen , aütgres that the detective had him arrested on a charge of assault and battery, hut he waa acquitted. He asks for J 1.000 to pay for attorney fees and time lost during the trial.
