Grand Jury Indicts Six Indianapolis Physicians on Blind Tiger Charges.

IN DI AN APOMS. Ind. July 1. Indictments alleging violations of the prohibition laws were returned ytMerday by the Marion county grand jury against six Indianapolis physicians, three dentists and three physicians from other towns. Fach is charged with operating a llmd tiger. The indictments resulted from investigation of prescriptions filled
at elrug stores in allegeel illegal sales of intoxicating lienors. The Indianapolis physicians are Charles Hurris. Harrison Ii. Hülse. Alonzo S. Neely. Fdgar M. Outiand. Poland Perdue and Calvin It. Atkins". Dentists named in the bills are Otto F. Oesterly. Pearl O. Inekey and Charles P. Weier. Others Indicted are Dr. W. M. Pye rs of Mohawk; Dr. W. M. McQueen of Quiny, and L. F. Williams of Brazil. There are two counts to each indictment, one charging the physicians and dentists with unlawfully selling liejuor to persons unknown to the grand jurors and the other that the defendants unlawfully had whisky in their possession.
