We will charge the borrower the same rate of interest which the Victory Notes themselves bear for the first six months. For renewals we will charge the current local rate prevailing at that time. The subscriber may pay off any part or all of his obligation at any lime, thereby immediately stopping interest. Our only stipulation is that the subscriber pay the ten per cent installment with the subscription, as provided in the Government Plan, and that the subscriber designate in the subscription blank that his first payment is to be made at this bank. This proposal applies to subscriptions of not less than five hundred dollars and only to additional subscriptions or new subscriptions to this loan.
