Councilman Qlejhiczak, Wants Ordinances Passed by Committee of Whole, Not by Special Committees.

While other cities throughout the United States are endeavoring to lind a way in which to continue in service the federal employment bureaus which were discontinued last Saturday by the government on account of the republican . filibuster in congress preventing the appropriation of necessary funds to carry on the bureaus, South Bend tut found a way to continue the bureau here, and it id already in service. , . j The bureau is to be financed by
