ME GOAL RESTRICTIONS

Anthracite Coal May Now be Shipped Into and Sold in Indiana Towns. INDIANAPOLIS, Ind., Jan. 4. 5 AU restrictions on sale and distribu tion of anthracite coal in Indiana were withdrawn today by Kvans Woollen, federal fuel administrator for Indiana. The total tonnage assigned to the state is about CS4.000 tons under an order issued by the anthracite committee at Philadelphia. 1-dstributors are permitted to ship to any Indiana dealer. The mild weather and the substitution of other fuels by many consumers, Mr. Woollen's order states, have enabled fiixty-one cities which were to have received the major portion of Indiana's allotment to till their needs, but smaller towns are still asking for anthracite. Mr. Woollen has receded authority to issue permits for shipments of eastern coal, but has decided to keep in. effect the ruling that only Indiana coal shall be sold to householders, t o as to pro tect Indiana dealers who stocked up at the request of the fuel administrator.
