The sergeant testified that he followed Weaver and upon enteritis the colored club conducted by Elliott, he found Flliott in the room with the suitcase in his hand. He further testified that Fllhitt at first refused to turn the suitcase over to him. but later did so. Serst. ltobeits testified, too. that upon his demand Flliott had ordered all the li-pior that miu'ht be in the quarters brought down, and that several suitcases tilled with bottled liquor was brought out.
