Women's Var Work If the hospital supply department of the local Red Cross chapter is to till the quota which has been assigned to it the women of the city must volunteer their services in that department more readily than in the past. A large attendance is desired at the all day meeting of the Auten W. R. C. Red Cross auxiliary No. 18, which will be held Friday at the old court house. The affair was the last of the season literarv program 1 ...... 1 given by memoers or tne literary society and incidentally a urprise party planned by the society on Rev. Fr. Zubowiez's namesday to take Place about the same tima, was combined, with all of the members and a number of invited guests taking part.
