WASHINGTON, April 19. An official announcement of the recent arrival at an Atlantic port of 38 Germans captured by American destroyers with the submarine U-58 shows that among the prisoners are the commanding officer, Capt Lieut. Gustaf Anberger, and four other officers as follows: Ober Lieut. Zur See Otto Van Pitgen; Manne Ober Engineer Paul Schroether; Lieut. Zur Sec, reserve; Frederick Muller and Warrant Officer (nav. and deck) Henry Röpke. The capture was made by the destroyer Fanning assisted by the destroyer Nicholson in European waters on Nov. 17 last. The prisoners were held by the British until a convenient opportunity occurred for transporting them to the United States. Now they will be traiirferred to the war department for internment at Fort
