ONE DEAD, THREE HURT IN AIRPLANE ACCIDENTS International News Service: FOItT WORTH, Texas, Marcli L One man is dead ami three are injured today as a result of Sunday airplane accidents at aviation field near Fort Worth. The victims are members of the British Royal Flying corps. Mechanic M. A. Hays was killed and Lieut. Bate was injured when the plane in which they were riding fell after an attempt to execute the spinning nose dive. Hays died within an hour and Bate is not expected to recover. Lieut. Frank Flynn and Cadet E. A. Carroll sustained serious injuries in an airplane fall.
