New Draft Army Io Begin Arriving This Week at Louisville. CAMP ZACHARY TAYLUll, Feb. Detailed arrangements have been made for the reception of U.00O selectives at the camp here. Everything will be in readiness whether the men come all on one day or strung out over live days, a; previously. Between 14,000 and 1.",000 men are due at camp as the ;;ä per cent remainder of th first draft. The recruits will be put ia the 1 39th depot brigade to be trained and lifted according to their capabilities. Then they will be transferred when equipped and partly trained to the division proper, to bo assigned to the units where they will best lit in. Four boards of linger print experts and medical officers have been appointed to make out the ic cords of the recruits ia the shortest space of time possible. They will conduct physical examinations, vaccinate the men. inoculate them against typhoid and take finger prints and identification mark. Representatives of the personnel office will classify them according t their qualifications. More latitude will be allowed in the physical tests and the examinations will not be as rigid as tho given other increments. .eb-cts having slight physical defects disqualifying them for general active service may be accepted for spec! il and limited services. Those reiec' - I ed xvill be returned to their liomes promptly and equipment will not be issued to a man until he has been found lit for service. Apparently they have thrived and multiplied indoors, for their raids are growing more bold. The principal theater of their operation has been in the Y. M. C. A. buildings.
