The state supreme court Saturday morning affirmed the decision of the Laporte circuit court in the matter of the proposed subway under the South Shore, New York Central and Northern Indiana railroads p.: the Lincoln hiehway crossing in New Carlisle. Justice Myers' decision practically disposes of the controversy that has held the attention of the pul lie and local, Importe county and state courts since the lirst of the present jcar.
