"I don't know how u got there," explained Louis Frary, an employe of a transfer company, in whose possescion was found a diamond rin' taken from the home of Mrs. II. Nelson. 2019 Horton av., S. E. Frary was arrested an hour after the theft was discovered, and a search revealed the misting gem in his pocket. loiter, when arraigned in police court. Frary pleaded guilty and was bound over to the superior court under $100 hond. Frary was in court a month ago on a charge of non-support, and furnished a $100 Pond to insure his caring for his family.

A number of other wireless plants, of sutlicient power to receive messages from Germany had previously been dismantled by the police.
