Army Vaccine Fails to Arrive For Treatment of the Drafted Men. A second postponement of the inoculations of the drafted men made necessary Thursday due to the failure of the United States army vaccine to arrive. The vaccine was shipped from Chicago on Wednesday morning but apparently has been lost, as the express company's office in this city has not received it.
