The most important element now being considered to make the BIG INTER-STATE FAIR a success is the weather, and with every indication pointing to a clear week the annual show will open next Tuesday under most promising conditions. With hut a few small details, that always come at the last moment, arrangements are complete, and the grounds will be open to receive visitors when the gates open on the first day. Nothing has been left undone that will add to the completeness of the fair and the convenience of its patrons. Exhibits have been arranged in an accessable way. Attractions are located to be easily and quickly reached. Refreshment stands and eating tents are near the center of the grounds. But few steps are necessary from the grandstand to bring one to other points of interest. Free acts will be taken to the visitors and will be shown so frequently that all will have a chance to see. Live stock will be "at home" and on promenade. Information booths will be numerous. Parking places for automobiles will provide safety. Attendants will be everywhere and no one need feel bewildered or unoccupied once inside the grounds.
