Niks and Mishaw tka and their surrounding rural source. Retailers assert there is considerable "leakace"' from sources suppos-d to be bound up by the strike agreement of the producers. Producers, however, strenuously deny the "leak." Some t inier Contract. A few of tlie producers-, however, are bound by written contracts to furnish milk daily to local dealers and these have no choice but to fill their contracts, the dealer refusing to accept anything in the way of a compromise. One such producer is Albert Fnlk, president of the Producers" association. He has lonq t een under contract to furnish J. W. Wittner. local ice cream dealer, with daily deliveries of milk.
