ALMOST SERIOUS Playful Guests Cause Night Arrest" and Themselves Hailed Into Court. The culmination of an attempted wedding joke turned out more serious for all concerned Wednesday morning than any of the principles anticipated, and nearly resulted in the city court hein- converted int.. a "kangaroo" court. Frank Pahucki. son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Pahucki, IPj4 YV. Seventh st., an employe of the Podpe Mfir. Lutrene Willis. director of the Dodse Co. band, of which Pahucki is a member, and driven to the Willis home In captain's auto. Later the plotters discovered the whereabouts of the couple, and not to "he outdone, they routed City Judjre Feig and Asst. Pros. Py that time all there had retired. The warrant was read to the bride, and accompanied by her husband, she was taken to the police station, whre she was released for the nicht on a personal bond of $25 for her appearance in the city court Wednesday morninir. Those responsible for the "arrest" considered the joke at an end by not appearing acalnst the defendant to "prosecute 'the charce. but the court couldn't see the joke, so subpenas were issued for Kdward Fllsasser.
