Cahert knew only what he had been told hy the teachers and did not have the report on which he based his claims. The; ourt was forced to withhold the motion for dismissal of the attorney for the defense on technical grounds. The truant othecr was told by the c ourt to prepare a new ca.-e. have on hand his full report and then brin the teacher of the child to court to fulfill all of the legal formalities. The court held that it had been lenient in the past, and had not imprisoned those found guilty of llap;rant abuses of the law. It declared that with the failure of the attorney to cooperate with the court, that the latter would then demand the full mead of justice and in case the defendant is found guilty.
