He said that he did not know of a single instance where similar precautions had heen taken by any other city faced by such a situation. Members of several women's clubs will be the hosts of a visiting delegation of Klkhart club women who will romp to the city Wednesday afternoon to see tne exhibit. Following the program, members of the club will accompany Mr. Iathrop to the planning exhibit. An urgent invitation is issued to all members of the club. Kaley Civic club will meet this evening at 7:30 o'clock. Several reels of motion pictures. I'.usiness meeting and social program. Studebaker Women's Athletic club tonight at 7:1." o'clock. Games and athletic events. No children admitted. Men's Athletic club this evening at the Sample Community center. Volley hall and basket ball games. No children admitted.

c'ounty commissioners approved the bonds of Mayer F. XV. Keller and City Controller I G. Manning-, who are members of the county board of finance, at a meeting Monday afternoon at the courthouse. At the morning session road petitions were considered. The viewers of the Curtis road leported favorably on the petition to pave the highway with concrete and the auditor was ordered to advertise for bids on the work. Henderson J. McClellan. Fred Kemble and l.ert Shi nip were appointed to view tho liyrkitt road and the petition to have a highway known as thf Swaim road, south of the city, put in was dismissed.
