Dec. 20.- Referee Phoenix Ingraham has tiled with the supreme court today a report reccommending that a decree of divorce be given Mrs. Lianca De Saulles from her husband, John Longer De Saulles. well known as a former Yale athlete. Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Troyer were surprised by the home-coming of some of their children who brought with them a Christmas tree and well-filled baskets. They report a most enjoyable time. Those present were Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Troyer and son. Mr. and Mrs. Delhcrt Hindman and family of Bremen, and Mrs. Ellen Barlin and son, Stanley, and Earl Troyer. The Tri Kappas gave a cabaret party in the Candy Kitchen Tuesday evening. They were entertained till 11 o'clock at the home of Miss Katheryn Stevens, when they vvent to the Candy Kitchen, which had been arranged for dancing. In 1912 Mr. De Xaulles returned to the United States to organize the Woodrow Wilson College Men's league, and was subsequently appointed United States minster to Uruguay.
