This tract is one of the most beautiful that has ever been offered in Mishawaka. It is truly 'The Ideal Place for a Real Home or a Safe Investment." It is bounded on the south by the Lincoln Highway; on the west by the new City Park. and the $85,000 Bridge which has just been voted by the County Commissioners; on the north by the St. Joseph river (a 50 foot bluff overlooking the beautiful river scenery) ; and on the east by the Miami Country club. The City sewerage system and water supply touch and pass the property; city street cars pass the entire frontage; the new East End School will be within a few minutes walking distance.
