Carteloupe a la Mona Cut tho mele in halves, scoop out the pulp, and mix with mashed reaches to which has been added a little sugar and a teaspoon of whipped cream, b'erve in the canteloupe shells. IMiuicr. Dixie Chicken Take two fat slices of ham and place in a frying pan and then cut a spring chicken in quarters and fry on the ham. When nearly brown add one-half a can ui corn, reason with salt, paprika ami a pinch of grated nutmeg. Four over enough cream and toma

Put in the oen for about 10 minutes and then Tutti Frutti Add to one pint of milk two cups of sugar, two eggs, a tablespoon of lifted Hour, two tablespoons of gelatine powder soaked in a little cold water. Mix thoroughly and let them come to a boil. Cook until they reach the risht consistancy between 15 and 20 minutes, and then add the gelatine. When smooth and cool add one quart of cream, put in the freezer, freeze 10 minutes, then add the fruit. Fse a cup of candied cherries a little grated pineapple, ;'X chopped candied maccaroons. a little angelica. i'Z seeded and finely chopped raisins, and a few powderel pistachio nuts. Pour over one wineglass of apricot cordial, cover the freezer again and finish freezing. SupiHr. Lobster Sou f fie Melt one and a half ounces of butter and the same of Hour. Stir in about a pint of milk and cook until creamy. Add chopped lobster, yolks of three c-ggs. P.eat whites, stir in lightly, steam for 40 minutes. Turn out and serve with white sauce.

Wife Makes Charges in Her Suit For Phoive.
Charging that her husband struck her and often came home intoxicated, Genevieve Stults filed a suit for separate maintenance against Leo Stultz in circuit court Saturday morning. She also charges that he used his wages for himself and failed to support her and her child. S'ho asks for an allowance f $12 per week.
