Indian Meal Hiscuit Mix one pint of flour, one pint of Indian meal, two heaping teaspoons of crean.-of-tartar, one level teaspoon of soda, a pinch of salt, and sift them together, working in one tablespoon of lard with the lingers. Moisten with cold water to make it a little stiffer than common cream-of-tartar biscuit, cut out and bake in hot oven. Luncheon. Tip Top Fish To one cup of minced cooked fish add one and a half cup of mashed potatoes, onehalf cup of grated cheese, one tablespoon of butter, two beaten yolks of eggs, two teaspoons of lemon juice, and cream or a sauce to moisten.
