Fry jn a hot pan until crisp. Stir into the hot bacon fenir well beaten eegs. Stir until creamy and serve on thin slices of buttered toast. LUNCHEON. Fish Salad Pick the cold bass free from skin and bones. Chop one large pickle, a ring of onion, and a little parsley, and mix with the hsh. Serve on lettuce with a

French dressing and garnish with a hard boiled egg out in rings. DINNER. Southern Ham Wash and poak for two hours a large slice of ham an inch thick. Have ready a hot pan and sprinkle the bottom with brown sugar. Place the ham in the pan -with pieces of butter and a sprinkling of more rvrmrn sugne. When the ham is brown place it in an earthern dish and cover with water. Bake in a slow oven four hours. Browned Potatoes Wash and pare small potatoes. Dip each in melted butter; place in billing dish and bake until brown and tender. Grape Juice Souffle Add two tablespoons of powdered gelatine to two cups of grape juice. Heat until the gelatine is dissolved. stirring constantly. When the mixture begins to stiffen, whip in the beaten whites of four eggs and a cup of cream that has been beaten as thick as posible. Turn into small moulds and o n ill.
